Welcome to KPAONE! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KPAONE app (available on iOS and Android) and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the KPAONE platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About KPAONE

KPAONE is a digital platform that connects buyers, small sellers, and distributors in the building materials industry. We help users request and receive quotations, connect with potential sellers, and display advertisements via banners. However, KPAONE is not a party to any actual sale, transaction, or payment.

2. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account with accurate personal and/or business information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions

We offer optional subscription plans that may include the following services:

✅ Verified Leads: Access to potential customer leads in your area
📢 Banner Ads: Promote your brand or products within the app interface

Subscription Details:

Subscription pricing and features are displayed within the app.
Plans are non-refundable once activated.
Subscription services do not guarantee sales, only exposure and lead connections.

4. Transactions & Responsibilities

Platform Role: KPAONE does not handle or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.
Responsibility Disclaimer: If a buyer fails to pay or a seller fails to deliver materials, KPAONE is not responsible for resolving such disputes. All transactions are at the discretion and risk of the parties involved.
Users must perform their own due diligence before engaging in any business.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

Post false or misleading information
Share spam, scam, or fraudulent content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Use KPAONE for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

6. Content & Advertising

All banner ads and promotional content submitted for display must comply with our ad guidelines. KPAONE reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and features of the KPAONE platform are owned by KPAONE. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Disclaimer

KPAONE is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees about the number of leads, ad impressions, or success of transactions. Users are solely responsible for their business decisions.
